Up to date burn rate chart?

I found one with a format that I like here:

Problem is it seems to be missing some key players like 10x and of course 8208. Any suggestions? I like the check boxes so I can mark off the ones that I have. I suppose I could use a highlighter, but the check boxes seem so handy. A spread sheet would probably be best.
