I would suggest you start with benchmark and RL-10X, small rifle primers of choice, brass of choice and some bullets and start punching paper. It is rather rare that 2 guns from the same manufacturer will shoot the same load equeally well.....they are ALL different. Further, using load data from someone else's gun in your's may result in you not being with us anymore. There is no fast track to reloading my friend....you are going to have to get some components and see what YOUR CZ likes. Speaking from personel experience....a friend borrowed some over max loads from me with 10X to try in his weatherby.....needless to say, for his gun this load was WAY too hot! It would be extremely foolish to transfer load data from ANYONE elses gun to your own. Just a piece of friendly advice from me to you.

I just purchased a CZ 204 varmint with kevlar stock and I really like the gun. I found that with factory hornady 40gr ammo my gun would shoot about 1" groups. I had only 20 of those to shoot and get sighted in with and once I used those I switched over to my first reloads that I made for the gun and was I surprised! I made about 15 bullets with 35 gr berger match varmint and benchmark powder and with a 3x9 scope I could cover up my 3 shot group with a dime @ 100 yards. I am in the process of trying other loads. I am working up loads with varget and benchmark powders and for bullets I have 39 SBK'S 32 SBK'S Nosler 32gr and the Berger 35's that I mentioned.
I started out on the low side of the Hodgon website for my reloads and I am working my way up with no problems so far and if I find anything else that shoots as good as the bergers I will let you know. I am going out to the range this weekend to try out about 8 different loads with the bullets that I mentioned about.
good luck and if you run into any good info please let me know.

I have a CZ-527 American and here is what has worked for me thus far. All loads are with Remington prepped brass, 39 SBK, Remington 7 1/2 primers and tested several times at 200 yards. Group size is in inches, not MOA. The COAL is 2.260 and my rifle has a lot of freebore. Also, with calibrated weight checks my scale reads .1 gr heavy.
HTH,
Reloader 15
26.9 gr .469 (H) x .366 (V)
27.0 gr .552 (H) x .461 (V)
28.1 gr .292 (H) x .112 (V)
H4895
27.8 gr .281 (H) x .266 (V)

Ihave a CZ Varmint with the walnut stock. So far it loves the 32 grain Hornady factory ammo. It shoots much betterr that I can. I haven't started loading yet but I have a bunch of Benchmark powder that I am going to use for a load. I will be keeping an eye on this thread.

Loaded some 26 gr. varmint grenades and 35 bergers with RL 10X but have not had time to punch the paper yet. will post how they shoot later.

My best load the the CZ Varmint in .204
...Rem cases
...Win WSR primer
...39 gr sei.BK
... 25.1 gr RE 10X
....................... .119 group of 5 at 100yards.
Sad thing is I now have to use lead free here, and so far the 26gr. VG are not doing to red hot...... .440 at the very best!

Not to worry mate.....you'll soon have another lead-free option available. Nosler is about to introduce both .20 caliber 32 & 40gr LFBT's. (Lead Free Ballistic Tip). At least you'll have two more bullet options to try in your .204.

20/250ai,
Is it true, that where you live, you have to use lead free pencils, that don't print very good either?
PS.It's not funny. Come the day....
