questions about 35gr bergers
what is your best load for these.... i will be using it 4 yotes.... i have a savage model 10 preadator ...... is this bullet accurate out to 300 yards or more...

This bullet is fantastic in my remington! I have used it with benchmark and RL-10X and it is superbly accurate! Out to 300 yards, I think this bullet has a place. Beyond that the low BC will hinder performance. Appears to be a top choice among dog hunters these days. Let us know how they work out for you.

I have a Savage BGTV SS and this is the load it likes the best. 35 Berger atop 28.3gr IMR 4895 w/Rem 7.5 primer. OAL to Ogive 1.948, .015 neck tension for 3844 fps. Shoots .3-.4 all day.

I use 28.0 of 4895 in my Encore and these bullets shoot better then any others I have tried and I have tried almost all of them. One hole accurate if I am on my game. Not all day long however.. : )
