Range Results with my LRPV

I thought I would share some range results. I acutally shot this group in preparation for my PD trip back in May (I'm finally getting around to taking pictures and posting!)

Here's the specs...

26.6 grains of H322
32 grain V-Max
Remington 7 1/2 primer
2.29 OAL

I haven't had a chance to chrono this load yet so I'm not sure on the velocity. I know I've been lazy, I do know it's moving fast enough to make skippy do backflip! :wtg:

I was able to pull of several really nice groups, this being one of the best at 100 yards...

I still haven't had a chance to work up loads with the 39 grainers that I have or the 35 grain bergers. The plan is to try some benchamark and some BL-C(2) with each of those bullets.

Nice shooting Wolf, that is a dandy group. I started out with 32 grain bk's and v-max's and really tore up some rodents with those bullets. Started shooting 39's for accuracy after reading of the many successes on this forum. I do miss the messy acrobatics provided by the 32 v-max. Not many have used the H322 powder-looks like it works well in your rifle. Please post the numbers when you get around to putting it through the chrony.

I'll make sure to throw the chrony in the next trip to the range. I'm intersted to see what I can do with some of the other powders with the 32's but I think I'm going to work with the 39's and 35's first. I have about 1,100 loaded up with the 26.6 grains of H322 left over from my PD trip so I'm good on the 32 grain pills for awhile!

The 35 grainers arrived today so now I have those and the 39 grain sierra's sitting on my reloading bench begging to be loaded. I don't know if I'll have time to perfect a load for the postal shoot or not, I'l probably end up shooting my mixture of H322 and the 32's for this year!
