Has anyone tried Midway USA's dogtown bullets? I ordered some just to try and so far they dont seem to group well. I do not have a chrono yet but the best luck I have had is 35gr Berger match HP's. Figured the 34 gr Dogtown's would do close but no such luck.
Here is the 35 gr Bergers's. Believe it or not there are 4 rounds there. Loaded 4 just to try to powder gr's. Also only have about 25 rounds through the rifle so the barrel isint rally broke in yet.
Rifle is a remington SPS 26" barrel with 1-12 twist on a Boyd's wood thumbhole stock with a Nightforce 5.5-22X50 NP1R1. I have the bedding kit but havent had the time to do all the work yet. Think Im going to end up putting a Lilja 26" 1-12 twist on her.

Dogtown bullets
Why carry a gun? Because I cant carry a cop and I cant throw rocks 1100 feet per second!

Ironhorse - does your significant other KNOW that you are taking pictures of the rifle in the kitchen? WOW!
The 34's have not grouped well for me either. Believe it is the gaping hollow point that is yawing through the air.
Nice rifle!!!

Re: Dogtown bullets
Not sure if Winchester 34 grain factory ammo is using the same bullets, but that was by far the wost shooting ammo I tried in my CZ. Then again, I only tried them because I took my CZ back home to Michigan w/ me and wanted to hunt coyotes one day but didn't have any reloads with me.

Re: Dogtown bullets
Very preliminary, but I did shoot a good .75" group with my very 1st Dogtown reloads last weekend. 26.5 gr H4895 in brand new WW brass. I only shot 3 rounds as I built these for the wifes new HandiRifle that didn't show up before we left town.

Re: Dogtown bullets
I've had similar results with the Bergers. Still working with the Dogtowns.
