204 factory ammo test

Overcast day, 50 degrees F, 4200 ft above sea level. New barrel,26", 1:12 twist, Hornady 40gr V-max. chronographed at 3700 fps. Box has stamped on it 3900.

Yes, I believe Hornady does there ballistics testing on the moon.

No, they just use chronographs that are calibrated by politicians and ad executives!
