How do you neck size only?
Is it safe to assume that you just limit the travel on your press?

You either back off your FL die to just size the portion of the neck you want sized, or you buy a neck/bushing die, that just sizes the neck area.

I would never admit to cutting the body off a bushing neck sizing die just so I didn't work the body. 
Where's my Dremel drill?? Remember to leave the sizing bushing loose enough to self center on the neck. Just size half the neck.

I find a collet-type neck-sizing die the best option for me to neck-only re-size brass. Lee makes a very affordable one that works extremely well.

Lots of opinions on this, lots of choices.
For me, it's a Redding Bushing Neck Die (does not touch the body of the case, only the neck), with the correct size bushing. This combination has given me TIR readings as low as 'zero', usually right at .001" or less.
With great dies from various makers just for this purpose, get a neck die and do it properly.

And as Skipper mentioned, always leave the lock nut loose on the bushing, leaving it free to self-center on the case neck to avoid drawing it off center with a locked bushing, that never truly locks "true" if locked down.
