I ordered a .20 cal reamer from an online retailer but don't remember which one. It's made by KM Shooting. It was spendy but works great. Randy.

Been using the K&M with perfect results in all my 20's. Works great by hand, even better with a power screwdriver.

I started case prep on 200 new Norma brass and was surprised as how many brass particles I got from just using the flash hole reamer. The small hex shaped handle on the K&M will tire your hand quickly but as stated above a cordless drill set on low speed works great. I went to RCBS and was told they didn't have a .20 cal reamer. Are you talking about the K&M Flash Hole UNIFORMER .080.
The Reamer at K&M appears to be an electric machine you bench-mount.

Nope. I got mine from Graf & Son. K&M precision flash hole uniformer for 20 cal. Item KMUP20STD080. $22.59. It’s a small hand held unit. Other reloading/shooting supply places may have it as well
