Cooper maybe? :chin:

(They use/own Wilson Barrels, the barrel that most likely came on your M21 if it's of fairly recent vintage.)

Cooper has a "real deal" on re-barreling if you bought the rifle new. If not, I think the charge is around $435 to replace the barrel. Don't hold me to that, but I did re-barrel my .204 Varminter after last years pd trip.

Cooper will do it for 415.00 for original owner. They used to for free.

They told me if it won't shootb1/2" groups and you haven't abused it they will rebarrel for about a hundred bucks. this is if you are the original owner.
If you want it rebarreled it's about 450.00

You might want to find someone with a borescope to look at it first just to confirm that it is, in fact, worn out and you don't have copper build up or need a re-crown (in case you haven't done this already).
