Another annealing question.......

that I should know the answer, but... Before annealing my .204's, I adjusted my decapping die rod to knock out the primers, but not to size the case. Of course, I doubled my work by having to resize AFTER annealing. Is it o.k. to resize, anneal, and then load? Or is there a problem to annealing and then loading? I know I had to use a brush to remove debris from inside the case neck after annealing and before seating the bullet. I have some fired 20VT cases to anneal, and don't want to "double" my work if I don't have to. Appreciate any suggestions...

I would size, fired cases first, anneal, then load.I would brush the neck just befor seating the bullet, while waiting for the electronic powder dispensor to finish.
