Rick is spot on... Those little plastic tips are about impossible to make exactly the same. That slight difference in COL will make very little difference. It is the base to ogive that matters. :) Bill K

Thanks for the replies guys, you have been a lot of help. Went to the range yesterday with my first hand load. Results were about 1.25" at 100. I'm getting about 3/4" with a factory load... So back to the drawing board!
