I have never had a 39 SBK exit a coyote yet that I know of. I will admit a lot of my recent shots have been lengthwise but I did shoot a pup yote recently at 81 yards broadside and no exit. Seems to me that a SBK exit would leave a large hole.
It's hard to detect good luck, It looks so much like something you've worked hard for and earned.
