Burn rate list

I have checked out several powder burn rate charts, most put out by manufacturers, and there doesn't seem to be much consistancy between them.
On one chart a certain powder will be listed a fair amount faster than another, on a different chart their positions are reversed. Any opinions on who puts out the most accurate list?

Powder lots could change enough to change the burn rate.I use a couple burn rate charts,plus loading manuals,as a place to start,and work up. from there.
