I was able to get out to the range today with my trusty Savage LRPV 204. My primary objective was to test the accuracy on Nosler's New Varmageddon 20 caliber bullet. A couple nights ago I tossed some loads together with prepped Winchester brass and Ramshot Xterminator. Oal on the loaded round was 2.307, one thing i noticed right away was the Varmageddon bullets are much more consistant in every aspect versus the vmax.
Once i arrived at the range I was able to set up and start testing. I shot a 5 shot string to get things started, out of that I had a couple fliers and that didn't surprise me because I had just given the barrel a very serious cleaning a couple days ago. After the first few shots the rifle settled in and started producing some very solid groups. The picture below shows the results of my 5 shot 100 yard group. I was able to shoot two groups that were nearly identical to the one below. My first three shots were in one ragged hole, after that i was so excited that i didn't focus much and that produced a flier on the left and the last one on the right. Overall i felt very confident in the New Nosler Varmageddon bullets, they will be taking the place of the Vmax in my rifles going forward.

Re: Nosler Varmageddon 32 grain Range Results
For safety and liability purposes i prefer not to disclose the grain weight of the charge. I will say that it was over the max that Ramshot recommends and under book max for a 32 grain bullet in the Lyman #49 manual.
