2008 Postal Shoot
Guys, we haven't heard from WrzWaldo in a while now. I'm wondering if the Postal Shoot is still on.
Brian, Glen, Glenn do you guys have any information?
I was going to volunteer to try to fill in for Kevin but I don't want to be presumptuous. What do you think? Do we want to proceed with the shoot in his absence?

Skipper
I'm with ya on this one. Maybe we should call it the Wrz Wrz Waldo shoot.

Re: 2008 Postal Shoot
I've hesitated throwing my two cents in but its been three days since Skipper asked the questions we've all been wondering about.
It seems no one has the answers or even opinions from the mods. I'm quessing they're just as baffled as the rest of us.
A little snooping in the old posts tells me Wrz Waldo last posted on July 11th. The same day the targets were supposed to go in the mail.
I have no idea wrz wrz waldo might be. My best wishes are with him.
He took it upon himself to start the Postal Shoot and all who participated are grateful I'm sure. We owe him much gratitude.
I'm thinking if Skipper is still willing we should take him up on his gracious offer and allow the shoots to continue.
With Skippers readily apparent attention to detail I can't think of a better member to carry on.

Re: 2008 Postal Shoot
I haven't received targets in the mail. I haven't heard from Kevin either. Has anyone else???
I don't want to take over for WrzWaldo. I don't feel qualified. I'm simply offering to help. We could even call it something else so it doesn't appear that we have replaced Kevin. We all want him back and I don't even want to imagine what has kept him away. This was a labor of love for him.

Re: 2008 Postal Shoot
I haven't been around much, we're working O/T at the "real" job, and when I get home, I'm pretty frazzled out. To be honest, I've been slacking off here:(
I haven't paid much attention to the Postal Shoot stuff, to my chagrin, but I haven't heard anything out of Kevin, either.

Skipper-- I'm all for it. I don't think Kevin would feel slighted at all either. I just hope he's working out of town or is having puter troubles keeping him away.

Re: 2008 Postal Shoot
I got a message from 204 Shooter. He's trying to contact WzrWaldo. Let's give it a few more days and see if he can be found. If not, then I'll get the ball rolling.

Skipper, I dropped him an e-mail on his coated bullets web page. Hopefully he will respond. Man, I hate wondering where he is. I hope all is well with Kevin and his family.

Re: 2008 Postal Shoot
I expect to hear from WrzWaldo or 204Shooter real soon. Either way, I would think that a competition is about to be announced this weekend.
