help 204 postal shoot

I cant seem to find any info on this years postal shoot. I have pm ed wrxwaldo a few times with my name address and all required info and asked him to let me know if he has recieved them but not a word. I know its not because of my great shooting that has him scared to let me par take. Last year i did finish 2nd (thats 2nd from last place) I have noticed he dont seem to be around as much as of late, any Ideas people
