So disappointed! I just got home today and did not even have a chance to shoot a group.

That's the right solution. Has to be something other than a human error.

Hmm. Sight picture and trigger control, along with an accurate load for your given 204R rifle. :D

Yeah all of that is great but if you cant see the M F its not a bad idea to get a better piece of glass. and I did just that.

I have a personal long time optics bias. That said, when I'm going to scope a rifle, I buy the very best glass I can afford the first time out. If I can't afford it, I wait and save until I can. My personal preference is and always has been Leupold. I think at last count I had just over 35 of their products in my safe.

Some go for NF, Leica, Schmidt & Bender, etc., but now that I'm into 'geezerhood', most of my shooting is for rockchucks and squirrels, so the offerings from Leupold suit my needs just fine without taking out a loan. Buy quality, buy once, cry once.

Agree Rick. Leupold's have always been one of the best.

I have 2 Leupolds and like both of them. I also have 2 Vortex Crossfire 2's. They will never be mistaken for Leupold but they do have bright clear optics and are a good value for the money.

Since the site has been so quite for so long, I thought I would ask Skipper what devilish little target he has up his sleeve for this coming year, if hopefully, he runs a shoot again. The one this year was a good one and did give a very different view of something to shoot at.
I really was amazed that I did as well, with what I thought was a more open and pulled round on that target. But then again it was a very fun shoot, as usual. :D
