Finally got it out to shoot. I was impressed that it shot the 32 grain bullet better than my Stag .223 shot the 50 grain. So I kept the stag lower and mounted the .204 on it and sold the upper to a friend. Lancer mags work flawless. I am very happy
Whit oak 26" 1-10 barrel
Stag lower with extended charging handle

You are going to enjoy the 204 Ruger in that rifle. They just shoot so well and do great jobs on varmints. Nothing wrong with a good 32 or 39 grain bullet in the 204's,

I really like the Fiocchi 32 grain V-max very consistent ammo and can get good deals if you are patient

I own that barrel. Have you had a chance to load up any 39gr Sierra BK and shoot them yet? Any crono results?

I dont reload sorry. I have shot the 32 grain Fiocchi at 100 yards and it is freaking deadly. I mean 5 shots same hole. It out shoots my Savage. I didnt think that an AR could be that accurate
I was going to buy the RRA coyote upper for my 223 AR but now I think I may spring for another White Oak if they have something 18" that I can silence

I was also shocked at how well the Fiocchi ammo shot. We have not found the great prices on it as we did in years past.
The half dozen 204’s we shot it in both 32 and 40 grain, one may spend a lot of time, energy and effort finding a load that shoots this well.
