Building AR: Barrel nut torque for accuracy?

The OP was asking about torque. After speaking to John Holliger of White Oak Armament, I torque my AR barrels to 60 ft pounds. He said they don't let any AR's out of their shop with less than 50. I use the White Oak Barrel Nut system and handguards and therefor don't have to line up gas tube holes, since the gas tube just goes over the barrel nut.
