I use Lucas bore guides and like them. Not sure how for you to get one to the UK though.
It's hard to detect good luck, It looks so much like something you've worked hard for and earned.

If you want a good bore guide shipped to the UK, contact Sinclair International, as they indeed have excellent bore guides (rifle/caliber specific) and ship worldwide.

Another good thing about dealing with them is that the people who answer the phone know their stuff, or you can just order online.

Ian, do you have any friends or family state side? If so, I'd suggest ordering a Lucas guide and having it shipped to a person here, who can in turn ship it to you. I don't know how cost-effective that would be, but it would get you the bore guide. FWIW, I use Lucas bore guides exclusively and have been very pleased with them.

Ian - I just received a few things from Sinclair. Postage was about US$18 to Australia.
