I think Pacnor and Lilja have the CZ 527 Varmint barrel contour in their system. I would call and ask them for sure however I am fairly certain they have it.

I suppose you want a .204 barrel. Is that right?

Pac Nor, Lilja, Shilen, most if not all of the major manufacturers have the contour in their CNC bank, if not send the original barrel and they should duplicate it for no charge.
I have had three of them, 2 .204 and 1 .224, all PacNor and all are awesome. Adam

Michael - I'm another Pac-Nor advocate......some of the most accurate barrels in my safe. Not only do they fit and chamber the CZ527, it's even on their pre-fit barrel list on their website, it's that popular of an item:

You can do the entire order online, or print out the order form and call it in. Penny will walk you through it like the expert she is. Their prices and delivery times are all very reasonable too; they've never disappointed me in any way, and my next barrel will be one of theirs too (another 20VT).

That's exactly what's on SPOD (
Silver Princess of Death), and it's the perfect combination, especially for shooting those 40's; bughole groups are the norm.
