Left the Range: Scootertrash

Post by Rick in Oregon »

It is with sadness that I announce the passing of our forum friend, "Scootertrash", or Mike Hennessey of Lake George, CO. Mike finally lost his battle with cancer yesterday, 14 Feb 2011, and has left the range.

Mike was a friend, fellow precision shooter, and one of the true "good guys" among us. He will be missed here and in the field.

We are diminished.

May heaven be full of Varmints and Coyotes for Scootertrash, and plenty of 204 ammo to mow them critters down.

God Bless!

I'm very sad to hear of Mike's passing. I didn't know him, but it is clear that Mike left the world a better place than he found it. May we all follow his example.

The world is a better place with some in it...and heaven becomes a better place when some leave the world. Our thoughts and prayers for his family and friends.
