TC Encore accuracy

My son has begun reloading for me and he is trying to find the best recipe for my gun. He has run into a wall, 3 shots, 2 touching, one wild. 5 shots, 3 on, 2 wild. Now wild is not extreme just confusing. Turns a .3 100 yd group to .8. Any ideas?

My G2 w/factory 204r barrel has shot sub .3s with factory 32gr Hornadys.Lots of good info on the Bellm site.
