32 gr Hornady ammo
Anyone have a good source for bulk (500-600 rounds) 32 gr Hornady ammo? I could live with 40 gr Hornady ammo if I needed to, as well. So far, the best price I've seen is a bit over $14/box plus shipping.
Thanks,
Mike

Check with HSM. They have a variety of 204 Ruger loads that include 32,39,40 grain bullets.

Re: 32 gr Hornady ammo
Thanks. I've already tried all of the sources mentioned in that thread, though. None could come in under $15/box. I may have already found the best deal out there, but I like to consult with my expert friends here before placing my orders.lanenebraska wrote:Try looking here:

Re: 32 gr Hornady ammo
I saw that when I was browsing around yesterday. I've never heard of that brand before and want to stick with a known performer in my rifle. That's why I'm limiting my search to Hornady ammo at this time. Thanks.6.5swede wrote:How about $10.77 for 40 gr V-Max....

The average price that i see on the 32 grain hornady ammo is around $16 a box. If you can get it for $14-$15 a box that seems like a good deal. The dealer cost on it is right around $13 a box.

I bit the bullet (gosh, I'm funny!) and decided to pull the trigger (again, soooo funny) at $15/box to my door. I also came across a case of 40 grain Hornady for about $141 plus shipping, if anyone is interested.

$15 a box to your door is a very good price for hornady factory ammo. Good find!!!

Re: 32 gr Hornady ammo
If you want to try other ammo in the future then I second what Hotshot said. I can get 50 rounds of Hunting Shack with 32 grain V-Max or 40 grain bergers for $29.99. Try it, you'll like it! Gary

Re: 32 gr Hornady ammo
Thanks for the feedback, Gary. Hopefully this will be the last factory ammo that I have to buy for a while, since I'll be reloading all of the empty brass. I will try the Hunting Shack ammo sometime, though.Captqc wrote:If you want to try other ammo in the future then I second what Hotshot said.
