Reloading help

I knew this would get your attention.

On another Forum I suggested that if we know we are going to a gunshop to post ahead of time of our intent. This way if someone is looking for a certain reloading item & we find it we can pick it up for them. Now this would only work if somebody knew somebody close enough to make it feasible. What we could do is pick up the,, example,, H4895 & shoot an email or PM to the person we were looking for. They could send us back our $$ & we could arrange a meeting between us or maybe even a 3rd party if needed make the delivery. I know it sounds like a bunch to go thru but I figure it's time we all looked out for each other as much as possible. Just a thought is all this is. Maybe some refinement needs made but I really think if we could all go out of our way just a little bit we could all find what we need. I'm not asking anybody to give up what they've already bought either. Or to take care of someone elses needs before their own. Just a little reloading comraderie.

This can only work if are willing to sacrifice a small amount of time & gas. No special trips for anything or anybody. I'm hoping this can all be done on our daily travels somehow.

Any ideas on how to make this work or if it's even feasible??

Glen,
Already doing this...to a certain extent.

Powders and primers are basically out...due to hazmat fees.

But....have a buddy going to Nosler's in the near future...he is going to call me and tell me what they have and the price....and he will ship to me.

Cool. I'm glad this has already started.

Question>> Can I not buy primers & powder here in Ohio & meet a fellow West Virginian 1/2 way & hand them off legally? :chin: If this is the case then we can just mail the other components.
