I just ordered a Mike lucas boreguide for my Savage model25. I'm going to get a Dewey cleaning rod, I'm just not sure on what length to get. It has a 24" barrel. Any advice???? Thank you in advance

A 36" rod should give you enough rod sticking out the end to twist off the brush or patch. Enjoy!, the Lucas guide is the only way to go!. -Dan
