Non-Lead .204 Ammo???

Post by woodog »

What are you California coyote hunters doing for .204 ammo if you are hunting in the condor No-Lead Zone? So far the only thing I have found is some .26 gr stuff that used Barnes bullets. I don't reload.

Thanks,

I'm about as far from California as one can get in this country but.....

The 26gn Barnes Varmint grenade are the only "non lead" pill for the 204.
The VG's are the only non lead pill for any caliber I know of unless you consider the solid copper pills in big bores.

You shooters in Kalifornia got dealt a bad hand. It might not be long before we all get your crappy cards in the name of some tree frog.

Thanks, I think you can count on it. My Savage and CZ .204s are basically obsolete for coyotes in Calif.
