range report 7/4/2008

Heres the results from July 4ths day at the range. All info is from on target. The load was 35 grain Berger’s, 27.8 grains of h4895 cci mag primer, hornady brass, col of 2.245,
Gun was CZ 527 varminter topped with a 4x16 Bushnell 3200 scope sitting 1.5 inches from bore center. Barrel is 24 inches. the numbers on the targets like the 21-25 are the number of shots out of a clean barrel.
100-yard target. .706 inches moa .674 poi +1.879
150 yard target 1.046 inches moa .666 POI +2.431 The moa of 666 is a little devilish
200 yrd target 1.446 inches moa .690 POI +2.004
250 yrd target 2.372 inches moa .906 POI +.393
300 yrd target 2.685 inches moa .855 POI -1.992

heres my questions
#1 hows my shooting be honest. (my friends all lie and say its great lol)
#2 would you lower your POI at 100 to get lower POI at all these distances? I will only be shooting coyotes and I figure the kill zone to be 4 to 5 inches this would give me a point blank range of 0 to 300 yards and in Wisconsin you very rarely get a shot over 300
