Which CZ 204 Varmint 527 or Regular 527

Is the varmint version more accurate or just the same.

Sporter and varmint contour barrels can be equally accurate. The advantage with the heavier contour barrels is you can shoot a few more rounds before heat soaking the barrel.

The barrel on the varmint barrel is also about 4 inches longer so you will get a bit more zip and won't heat quite as quick as the thinner version. The little bit of weight should also help you shoot steadier freehand w/ sling.
