Problems registering

My brother in law has been trying to register/join the forum in order to compete in the 5 in a dime competition but hasn't been successful. Thinking he wasn't doing it right I tried on Wednesday from my computer using his information but nothing happened when I hit the submit button. I think it was blue and turned red after I hit it but that was all that happened. He tried about a month ago and was unsuccessful also. Has anyone else heard of someone having trouble registering? Randy.
