Hello Guys, as above there is a new one for sale in New Zealand for about $NZ 3500.
It , from the factory shoots really well with 50 gr Blitzkings and benchmark. The firearm looks beautiful, but I can't really justify buying it (I can afford it). I have a Kimber 204R and it shoots very very well, but a heavy bugger to carry with the s/s fluted barrel. This one for sale seems(or looks ) a bit lighter.
I don't shoot the 204 very often, but the Kimber really loves the Sierra 39ers. I have the reloading gear etc, but haven't reloaded anything yet...to busy kicking around...and a Garage FULL of junk.... I have bought all the 39 Sierra 39's I could find in NZfor the Kimber.
I'd buy it, even purely as a "legacy" gun as with the Kimber ( beautiful wood and accuracy), but still use it as the opportunities arise...which will be soon for turkeys and peacocks that need culling. Thoughts?
I just love the calibre...Cheers
