private message problem

For some reason I can't send private messages. They just sit in the out box and do not show up on the sent message list. Is there a problem with the system?

When answered they go from the outbox to the sent box.

Actually i think they passed a new law in NY that prohibits PM's. They didn't think the new gun control laws were enough.

As a matter of fact, they are working on laws now to just plain eliminate everything!!
