Anybody manufacturing .204 55g ammo?

Looking for ruger .204 55g ammo and coming up with nothing. Does anyone know more about where I can find them?

Berger used to make 20 cal 55gr bullets but they stopped a while ago.

By asking that question, can we assume you have a 9-twist barrel on your 204 and not a factory tube? :chin:

As far as loaded ammunition, "no", no one produces loaded 55gr 204 Ruger ammunition, as all factory barrels are 12-twist = unable to stabilize the heavy and long 55gr bullets.

45 gr. Hornady SPs are as big as you'll find.

Too bad beacuse if you could push a berger .204 55 grain 3200 fps it would still be above supersonic speed at 1000 yds.

sorry, no plans of making a 55 grain bullet at this time.
In my opinion the 204 ruger case is not the best option when looking to get top performance from a 55 grain bullet. Cartridges like the 20x47 , 20 BR, and 5/35 SMC would be better suited for the heavy bullets.
