Is anyone using cast bullets in their .204? If so where did you get the mold (mould) and sizing die?

As fast as this caliber is one would have to paper patch the bullet wouldn't you?

Don't know of anyone doing cast bullets in such a small bore, but it surely could be done.....gas checks, hard-cast from linotype or even paper patched like the previous poster suggested. With the price of components going higher every year, it's certainly something to consider.
Years ago, fearing times like we are entering, I laid in moulds, lead, tin and antimony in large quantities for every CF handgun I own. Now I'm very, very glad I did.

I cast for various .22's including a custom mold for .22 long rifle ( load black powder .22's for Cowboy Silhouette).
Casting a 37 grain 224 bullet is tricky enough, I can't imagine trying to cast a 204 bullet! Talk about an exercise in frustration - but I suppose you could have a custom mold cut (nobody makes one that I'm aware of) and have a custom 20 cal check maker made, then you can be the pioneer of cast 204's...

Thank you all for the replys...that information is what I have found everywhere. I load cast for everything I have, sure cuts down on the cost. But, as you say a paper patch bullet would allow higher velocitys. I think I will try and find a gas checked bullet mold somewhere. When I do I will let you know how they work out.
