58 days on my back before surgery herniated disc pushing on a nerve 2 months out I still have pain every morning but a 1 mile walk makes it better hope you feel better

Starting to improve now. The walking does help and I'll take your advice and do more of it.
Did your road get dried out?

Walking definitely helps not sure about the road mine are dry here is so cal
