Ruger AI-STYLE PRECISION RIFLE 5.56 NATO/.223 REM. 10-ROUND MAGAZINE

Post by Bigmeaty »

Is anyone using these? http://shopruger.com/AI-Style-Precision ... info/90562 I'm having the hardest time finding mags for my Oryx Chassis and wondering if these might work? They're cheap enough that they might be worth trying, but just curious if anyone has used them personally.

Cheers,
Ben

Hi Bill,

It's supposed to be compatible with AICS magazines and I have a couple coming but not for a few weeks. In the interim I thought about picking the Ruger ones up because I can get them for cheap ($26 locally) just to try out and have spare magazines. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Cheers,
Ben

Not a bad price as mags go on the Rugers. Hopefully they will work also. Bill K :)

Hi Bill,

Initially they would only feed about 5 of the 10 rounds before they started to nosedive, but after cycling a bunch of different factory ammo it'll feed all 10 flawlessly now...so if you can find them for the price they seem like an excellent magazine for 223 aics bottom metal especially with MDT and accurate magazines so hard to come by.

Cheers,
Ben
