Greetings from Sherwood Park, Alberta
My 2015/16 coyote season was tough being a the warm winter, lack of snow, lower coyote numbers, dealing with mange & mites. However I'm happy with my own success drawn from years of experience.
My go to rifles this season were both factory 17Rem.'s being a COOPER MTV repeater, CZ527 Kevlar that were both loaded with BERGER 25gr. match bullets. WOW, this calibre performed !
I use a WILDLIFE caller... worked great !
My trap-line consisted of WOLFMASTER power rams that worked great !
I ended my season Feb. 1, 2106 due to low fur quality and now I'm busy doing things to get me ready for next season. Building snares, cleaning equipment, reloading, and exploring new terrritory.
In January 2016, I purchased a NEW 204Ruger CZ527 Varmint and am assembling reloading components, bedding the rifle, scope mounting. Will be at the gun range later this month and will report my experience.
Here's a small part of my seasons catch that were shipped to North American Fur Auction.

Re: Alberta coyotes
Wow. 60 is just a small part of your total? Nice going! Coopers and C-Z's: nice choice of rifles, as those are the two I've settled on as my favorites, too. I have a Kevlar Varmint in .204 that's almost as accurate as my Cooper, so you should be good. Might be wrong, but I don't think the Kevlar was ever offered in .17 Rem. down here, btw.

Re: Alberta coyotes
My KEVLAR stocks have come off 223 rifles over the years.
My coyote records show total 115 of which 30 were no good due to mange, mites or other reasons.
I'm preparing 100 Norma brass for reloading the CZ 204 which I'm fireforming with cream-of-wheat 700x so that I equally neck re-size and trim all of it.
Use REMINGTON brass for the 17REM and use NOSLER brass for the COOPER 17Rem
