It is with concern that I post one of our veteran members is down at present. Futuretrades, or Kevin to his friends, is in the hospital in Redding, CA with some serious health issues.

As many of you know, Kevin is a long time rifle nut, dedicated varmint shooter, and good guy all-around. He's been on many a rat shoot with the Eastern Oregon Raptor Feeding Society, and is a charter member of the group. We wish him the very best and a speedy recovery so that he can again join the crew in the rat patch come springtime.

Prayers for a speedy and healthy recovery. Hate to see someone down and out and in the hospital, especially this time of the year when they should be at home spending time with loved ones and family.

Always enjoy Kevin’s posts where he shares his knowledge of small caliber and Skippy with the rest of us. Can’t hardly wait for his “road to recovery” post.

I talked to Kevin yesterday. He's still in the hospital, but on the mend and he told me he's checking himself out this week no matter what they say. He had a real rough time of it, almost left the range forever, but is now in good spirits and ready to hit the rat patch again come springtime. He told me he's anxious to get back into his gun room and get his 204's ready for Skippy and his pals. He hasn't seen all your well-wishes yet, not having internet access where he is, but should be back on the forum by next week I'd imagine.

I know he'll really appreciate all the posts in his behalf; thanks for those who posted....I know it'll really cheer him up.
