Factory 39Gr SBK loads discontinued?

Heard on another fourm that federal is discontinuing there 39gr SBK factory ammo. Anyone hear anything about this?

No,but it seems like a mistake to me.They shot .333 out of my LRPV right out of the box.

I have had similar results to Joe. For a factory load they sure do shoot great.

Thought factory loads only came in rimfire, that's weird.

thats true. You haven't heard about the new 39 SBK rimfire rounds?? They really scream compared to the regular rimfire rounds. :lol: :P

If you have trouble with the 40-gr V-Max, I noticed Midway and Cabelas have an HSM brand of .204 loaded with a 40-gr Berger bullet. I checked the database in QuickLoad and it says the Berger is almost 0.05" shorter than the 39-gr SBK. If that's true, it should stabilize even better than the 39-gr SBK.

Kale-- Are you shooting the factory 39 BK ammo? If so HSM ammo from Cabelas has those loaded 50/box.
