Can you expand on this please? I might be interested. Shooting off an uncomfortable card table was tough on my neck this last Spring.

BR Pivot: Yes, there will be a limited number of new in-the-box original BR Pivots available soon. These were purchased from my original left over inventory when we were manufacturing the benches.

Price has not been determined, but if anyone is interested, shoot me a PM and I'll add your name to the list for when they become available. These are not the BR Pivot Lite models, but the all-alloy versions with steel legs only, and weigh 70lbs. The optional ballistic nylon storage & carry bag sets are not included, but I'll give a contact for them to all who purchase a bench.

Here's Rat Force One (Dan) shooting from his standard BR Pivot, same as what will be offered soon:

These benches are all T6 alloy, except for the steel rectangular tubing legs. PM me with your email if you have interest. :D

Got it Captqc. You're on the list.

Counting the days until Skippy emerges from his hole. All the rifles are dialed with 'ample' amounts of ammunition, let's just hope for decent weather this year.

If I had only one day to shoot either Prairie Dogs or Ground squirrels, I would take the Ground Squirrels any day. I have shot over 600+ center fire shots and 500+ rim fire shots in one day at squirrels. This picture was taken in January in Northern California. We get up on the hills overlooking the alfalfa stubble, in the summer this is even more important when the alfalfa actually grows to 20"-30 " tall. Nothing I would rather do at this time of year. For those that don't know, California still has some common sense in the Northern areas, you don't need lead free bullets, and 22 rim fire copper plated lead is good to go. The whole state is not "run by idiots yet". You don't need a license if shooting on private land with written permission.

Thought I would join in on the fun if you'all don't mind.

From my PD trip out to SD in September.

Savage Model 12 in .204. Devcon bedded in a Duramaxx stock with a Vortex Viper 6-20x44 sitting on top. Quickly became one of my favorite long range guns.

One of the towns we shot up during our trip.

Yours truly from the business end of my Howa Supreme Varminter in .223

And a picture of the carnage. This was hit at just under 300 yard from a .22-250 shooting a 50gr Vmax

Image

And finally, a scenic shot from the car on the ride back to the hotel.

Gary,

 Oh yes there is! Last spring here in Oregon the weather was crappy! We had days with high wind, rain and snow. Instead of sitting up our benches we resorted to driving the edges of the fields and shooting Skippy with our .22's! Still better than a good day at work though! Gary

Hey ClaimJumper, you are shooting the same field that we shoot every year! That is the same place I killed a coyote 2 years ago. From the top of the knoll, I was shooting to the south, looking straight at Garner mountain! When we first started shooting up there, we only had our 10-22's. Some days we would go thru 1000 to 2000 rounds in 1 day, each. Now I mostly shoot the 204 and 223, but this year I have added a 20VT to the arsenal. Will be getting her dialed in in the very near future, when the weather warms a little bit.
If you would like to get together sometime, shoot me a PM. For me it is about a 50 mile drive to the "Rat Patch"
