I only mentioned the search because I've posted this before.
Try 27.8gr Ramshot TAC, a Rem 7 1/2 Primer, loaded to 2.247" max Cartridge OverAll Length (base to tip). Should probably start around 27.0 and work up .2gr at a time. It's accurate for me at 3900fps in my 1:10 twist. You should probably be able to go higher that 27.8gr with a 1:12 twist, but it's the MAX load recommended by Ramshot. I've tried this load with both Rem 7 1/2 and CCI 450 primers, and saw no signs of too much pressure.

Try 29.5g of IMR4320, pushing the 35g-Berger, with Rem Brass and 7 1/2 Rem primers. (All Bullets Moly Coated !) COL= 2.250

On an AR15 platform with 22inch barrel produces 3850fps, prints .3-.4 groups

28.0 gr. of H4895, Remington 7½ primers, WW brass and bare bullets in my Savage 12VLP. This load is near the MAX. My advice would be to start with a powder charge around 27.5 gr. and work up in increments no larger than 0.5 grain at a time.

That load worked pretty decent in mine when I tested it. I've just decided to stick with Sierra 39 BK. Cheaper with beter BC's.

My Savage LRPV likes 27.0 H-335, CCI450, Winchester cases. Five shot groups @3/8" at 100 yards and works good on dogs.
