Like the title says, here's a few articles from a bipod master. It's some good reading. A part two link on reloading is at the bottom of page one. Got this from 6mm BR dot com. The "hard hold" is the only way I can shoot.

The hard hold Froggy describes is the only way I can shoot accurately, from a bipod or bench
