AR15 super bull barrel?

Does anyone know where to find a super/1.10 diameter bull barrel for an AR15, or a complete upper? I talked to DPMS about theirs and was told that they don't carry them anymore. Thanks.

You might contact Randall Rausch at AR15Barrels.com... He put together my AR upper several years ago and specializes in custom barrels as well as the standard configurations.

I'm not sure about the actual outside diameter Douglas XX Match barrel since it's not here in the office to measure.
