Got my new Cooper Phoenix .204 to the range for a break-in and work out some loads. I tried the load I'm using in my other rifle, shot pretty good. I also loaded some 32 gr v-max for break-in and to see how they would shoot in this rifle. This rifle isn't crazy about v-max either, at least with Benchmark. Most all the loads of Benchmark with a 32 gr Blitzking shot under 1/2". My best groups were with 26.7 grs of Benchmark, .211 and .112.
Prairie dog fields are 8 days away.........I think the pd's are in trouble!
I know, I know, if I ever get this picture thing worked out, I'll post some pictures! Some of us "old timers" are not very computer savy.

Keith, you can't post about a Cooper without pictures!!!! Your assignment is to shoot the heck out of that thing and post at least 3 pictures of the rifle and the results! Failure to do so will result in you having to send me the Cooper. Gary
