Does cz still chamber the 221fireball?Any one know where I can find one?.

As far as I know, they still chamber the .221 Fireball (and darned good little rifles they are, too :mrgreen: ) Glen and I each have them, and I think we're both waiting for the .17 Fireball to be chambered, too (we might have to wait awhile :( )

I bought mine from http://www.whittakerguns.com, they do sell and ship to your FFL, or you can do what I did, and just drive down there (I live in Kentucky, so it's not too bad a drive). This time of year, they might be out, I did have to wait until February for the shipment to come in, but he usually carries them in stock.

As far as I know they still chamber it. I think Remington is the only other factory FireBall out there & I saved nearly $235 by going with the CZ. I have been reading where 221 brass is getting a bit scarce. Midway's flyer came today with 221 brass & I think it was $29/100. A bit high but not bad if it's all you can get. I got mine locally for $26/100 last summer. 100 cases should last for 1000rds anyhow. :wink:
