I just found out that this is a bug with the current version. They will be releasing a fix for this problem soon. But until then, notifications are not going to work. Sorry!

Thank you Brian, and the rest of the moderators on this forum for providing us a platform to discuss our passion and patiently allow the adolescent chafe to go on for a while and then cut it off. I cannot express how much this place means to me and I am sure others feel the same. The new format is just wonderful.

There's been multiple studies done about this. A light blue background with black lettering is the easiest on the eyes. Though i do think the font type and size need changed. Font is a little small and light.

In FireFox and IE I jut hold the "Ctrl" key and spin the scroll wheel on my mouse for those tough to read small fonts.

The problem I'm now having is there are two messages stuck in my PM outbox.

WrzWaldo:

I am able to delete mine by going into the "User Control Panel", selecting "Private Messages" on the left and then clicking on "Inbox". Then I can mark the ones I want to delete and select "Delete" in the drop down box at the bottom.

Let me know if this does not work for you.

Do the messages in my outbox stay there until the recipient logs back onto the forum?

The messages do stay in your outbox until it is opened by the person you are sending it to!

Thanks!

I never noticed it before, thought I was missing something.
