Only other option would be right bolt/left ejection port.

That is a nice looking rifle! I didn't even know that model existed (can't find it on the Savage web site). I'd love that stock mounted to a LRPV action and barrel.

I have the same thing in .223. It was labeled as UNCATALOGED model 12 BGTV..The Blue job is the best I ever saw on a factory rifle. It looks wet!!

excellent looking rifle, I have not seen that model either! How does it compare to the LPV in terms of length, weight and shooting?
As long as the primers Ignite!!!

It is identical in every way to my VLP,length ,weight and shooting!! Even barrel position and stock length are the same.Standing side by side everything lines up perfectly. After floating the safety tang, It just might be the most accurate gun I own.The factory piller and bedding job is ugly to say the least. BUT it's getting the job done. I've only shot with a few people at my new range and I already have guys asking me, "are you the guy with the sweet shootin rifles". :cloud9: With good ammo anybody could do it :!: . I can't wait to show my stuff in a club match with my 204 and 223  .My best 300 yard BGTV target is posted under the heading Range pictures and report......
