I took my daughter out for a little squirrle shooting today, you could have not asked for a nicer day or a better time. 68F Sunny, no wind and lots of targets.
The young ones were up and they were thick!!
Trinity with her birthday rifle from last year and her one of many kills on the day.
She got a double.
A Boon & Crocket canidate.
My buddy and their grandson on his first time out...he loved it.
She has this figured out.
I quit counting around 100 but had a good time, sunburn and all...Good times.

Way to go Andrew! By the looks of that smile on Trinity's face, it appears you may now have a lifetime shooting partner!
By the way, that neat little "girl rifle" turned out pretty cool.

Thanks guys, she is usually up for a few trips in the spring but with the kind of shooting we had on Sunday I am sure she will be wanting to go out more.
Ya, she shoots that thing better than my old man did....must be the pink.

WOW!!!!! That is a "sick" color on that rifle! Great to see the kids enjoying the shooting and even the "killing".
My only question is, do them kids share in the brass prep and reloading process?

Ya, it turned out pretty good. My mom gave the rifle to my dad about 40 years ago. He gave it to my daughter last year for her birthday....after I did a few modifications.
It still shoots great.
Yes, she helps me reload every chance she gets.

Wow, nice pics, like the group shot and love the first one with the awesome backdrop. That's a great family outing.
Take a kid to the range, both of you will be glad you did. remy3424
