I went to the Kifaru colorado rendezvous this weekend. Wrung out all my 204 loads on steel, out to 600 yds., just to reaffirm the turret clicks for each. About 150 rds. fired.
Then I went coyote calling, to furnish a skinning demo speciman for the attendees. Made 3 stands Fri morning, with no takers. Saturday produced the desired results, only not called in. She was on a winter killed horse carcass about 350 yds.
Spent a little time in a hi-country skwirl patch, too, with the 77/17 and this TC Silver Lynx 22. The 17'ed models were not as suitable for the trophy shot
All in all, a great time. Don

Re: Late spring coyote
It was good you got the coyote for the skinning demo, did you also skin the gofer for the class?
Glad you had a good time!
