Hi everyone,
The Idaho Varminters club is putting on a tournament, "The Blast From The Past". Only hand/mouth calls are allowed and only public land hunting. The registration is thurs. evening the 3rd of Oct. at the Great Wall Chinese restaraunt on Eagle Rd. in Meridian, ID. Rules and regs will be read at that time. The hunt is the 4th and 5th Oct. Everyone is welcome to enter. Teams consist of two people, we encourage family and kids as long as they are old enough to hunt legally. This a fun hunt.

Well, our first tournament of the season is over and was a pretty good success. 13 teams entered. There was a total of 28 coyotes brought in. First place had 6, second had 5 and third had 5. second and third tied so we broke it by the time the last coyote was shot. We all had a good time and a bunch of fun, stood around afterwards telling our hunting stories. Our next hunt is the Northwest Nationals in November.
